PT with Patty

In this second session of the season, Patty focuses on strengthening the neck muscles. The neck often serves as a gateway to the other muscles -- particularly those of the of the shoulders, arms, back and core. Getting the neck strengthened sets participants up for success in these other areas. A strong neck will also improve balance and body alignment, and can improve breathing and swallowing control. There is no video for today's session, but Patty's session handout is available below.
