We have a variety of programs running at all times, some of which change seasonally or according to client interests. Currently we are running men, women's and mixed support groups, a social group, physical therapy, therapeutic drumming and MS-focused movement classes. Take a look.

Stop struggling! In his June 2025 presentation to our membership, Ryan Mueller of NeuroLogics Rehabilitation and Wellness gave us a fantastic overview of the products - some of them downright ingenious - that could be improving your everyday life right now. When you're tired, you move less. When you move less, your strength diminishes. Diminished strength causes you to tire out more easily. This is the Cycle of Fatigue, and recognizing it is the first step to fighting back.
