Life is short... Let's get out and enjoy ourselves! Join us on the first Thursday of the month at a restaurant of the group's choosing. This month we are meeting at the Chili's restaurant located at 2890 New Center Point Rd. We're looking forward to seeing you there!

We have a variety of programs running at all times, some of which change seasonally or according to client interests. Currently we are running men, women's and mixed support groups, a social group, physical therapy, therapeutic drumming and MS-focused movement classes. Take a look.
