Due to the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on Monday the 19th, Men's and Women's group will be combined today. We look forward to seeing everyone at 11:00am.

We have a variety of programs running at all times, some of which change seasonally or according to client interests. Currently we are running men, women's and mixed support groups, a social group, physical therapy, therapeutic drumming and MS-focused movement classes. Take a look.
