Patty demonstrated exercises that help strengthen the hip. She considers the hips the "brains" of the lower body, and that even thinking about hip exercises — that you may not be able to do — can help improve the neural pathways. Stronger hips also help reduce the chances of falling and injury. Links to both the session video and handouts are available below.
