PT with Patty
In this session, Patty discusses the various online exercise programs and resources (offered either free or at a very low cost), and encourages everyone to explore and find a program that they enjoy. She also works on seated pelvic exercises for improved back comfort, digestion, and continence. NOTE: Patty’s Zoom production team apologizes for the sudden end to her video today.
