PT with Patty

In preparation for Patty's in-person event on balance and falling on March 1st, today she introduces a variety of strengthening exercises for the legs and lower body. Using elastic bands, she demonstrates how to both stretch and strengthen key muscle groups involved in fall prevention. In response to feedback from the participants, Patty also discusses topics as wide-ranging as MS medication and psychological therapy.
