Because our members requested it, we've created a group that everyone can attend together. Our Social Group meets every Thursday, at 1:00pm. Make it a regular part of your weekly routine!

We have a variety of programs running at all times, some of which change seasonally or according to client interests. Currently we are running men, women's and mixed support groups, a social group, physical therapy, therapeutic drumming and MS-focused movement classes. Take a look.
