Due to the snow and cold temperatures, the office will remain closed today. Men's group will be moved to Zoom only.

We have a variety of programs running at all times, some of which change seasonally or according to client interests. Currently we are running men, women's and mixed support groups, a social group, physical therapy, therapeutic drumming and MS-focused movement classes. Take a look.
