Closed for Memorial Day
Our offices will be closed today in observance of Memorial Day. The Monday Men's group and Tuesday's Women's group will be combined for Dawn Franz's presentation on Healthy Blood Sugar.

We have a variety of programs running at all times, some of which change seasonally or according to client interests. Currently we are running men, women's and mixed support groups, a social group, physical therapy, therapeutic drumming and MS-focused movement classes. Take a look.
