There is more to each of us than we know, and it can take personal tragedy to bring these hidden strengths out. Sue Thomas has known personal tragedy: Complete hearing loss, Multiple Sclerosis, and Lung Cancer. Each time, she discovered something remarkable within herself. Sue Thomas warmed us all with her optimism and her irrepressible love for life. WE APPOLOGIZE that the first two minutes of Sue's introduction was cut off in the Zoom recording. Programs

We have a variety of programs running at all times, some of which change seasonally or according to client interests. Currently we are running men, women's and mixed support groups, a social group, physical therapy, therapeutic drumming and MS-focused movement classes. Take a look.
