PT with Patty
Patty kicked off her multi-part series on stability ball exercises. When working on a ball, every exercise you do performs double-, and even triple-duty for you. Plus it's fun. For these reasons, it can be easy to overdo it without realizing it until later. Patty cautions everyone to start out with just a few minutes of exercise at a time. Today Patty demonstrated basic ball balance as well as some upper body exercises using smaller balls. It can be much trickier than it looks, but that's also part of the fun!
